Volcano and lake views from the rooms are impressive. Spacious bedrooms with balconies add comfort. The hotel is quiet and clean, ideal for relaxation. Staff are very helpful with tours and activities. Food quality received positive remarks. Tours pick up guests at the front door of the hotel.
