The location offered an exceptional view of the volcano, described as out of this world and comparable to a nearby 5-star hotel. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable with good privacy due to detached neighbors. Access improved significantly after the road was paved. The kitchen was well equipped, and amenities included a washing machine and full kitchen facilities. The setting provided peaceful isolation with low noise levels.
