We found the location and concept to be very good overall, with a very peaceful atmosphere. The bell service guy stood out for helping with the location and bringing the welcome drink, while the staff at the front desk was just so-so, with no excitement and no warm welcome. For a place where we paid over 300 dollars for one night, that was disappointing.
