The staff were attentive, friendly, and provided detailed instructions along with electronic keys for the villas. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and ample bathrooms featuring hot water. The hot spring pools offered a relaxing experience exclusively for hotel guests, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Views of the volcanoes were visible from every villa, enhancing the stay with stunning natural scenery.
