The house was new, modern, and fully equipped with a spacious kitchen and washer dryer next to the bedrooms. Alfonso was very accommodating and prompt in communication. The property had private access to a small river behind the house where kids played and guests could wade. The deck offered great views of Arenal with a grill for dining while watching sunsets. The location was close to La Fortuna, local restaurants, grocery stores, Fortuna Catarata, and Thermal Springs.
