The resort facility was exceptionally beautiful and meticulously maintained. The room offered stunning volcano views and was very clean. The staff provided outstanding service, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay. The pool area featured a swim-up bar, adding to the relaxing environment. Yoga classes and spa treatments were available in a distinctive rainforest setting.
